This website

This website describes our audio guide service for venues. Nothing on it is an offer that creates a contract. Prices, scope and terms for a venue are only agreed in writing.

Pilots and work for venues

Every pilot and every paid guide is covered by a written agreement with the venue that sets out the scope, duration, price (if any), who owns the text and audio, how personal data is handled and how either side can end it. If that agreement and this page differ, the agreement applies.

Using a guide

• We do not charge visitors for using a guide, and you need no account. Some venues include access in their ticket.
• Follow the venue’s rules and staff, and keep aware of your surroundings. Do not look at your phone where that is unsafe, for example while walking on steps or riding.
• Directions and positions on the map are approximate and depend on your phone’s location signal. Use your own judgement.
• The narration uses AI-generated voices. A person checks each script before it is published, but mistakes can still happen. Please tell us at hello@guidemevisits.com.

Concept demos

Some guides are concept demos made to show a venue what a guide could look like. They are marked “Concept demo” and are not affiliated with or endorsed by the venue named. Venue names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to show the idea to that venue. If you own a name or logo shown in a demo and want it removed, write to hello@guidemevisits.com and we will remove it.

Content and credits

• The text, audio and design of this website and our guides are ours or our partners’, unless stated otherwise. A venue’s own material stays the venue’s.
• Some guide photographs are by other photographers under Creative Commons licences. Each is credited in the guide, under About in the menu, with a link to its licence.
• Street maps: © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL), © OpenMapTiles, served by OpenFreeMap. The credit is behind the (i) button on the map.

Responsibility

We work to keep this website and our guides accurate and available, but we cannot promise that they will always be error-free or online. Nothing on this page limits any right you have under consumer law or any liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Law and questions
